Justin Bieber is obsessed with his tattoos. In a few short weeks, he's gotten several new ones. The latest is Roman numerals across his pecs. The numbers represent his mother's birth year in 1975

Sound familiar? It should. Last year, Selena Gomez got a similar tattoo of Roman numerals across the back of her neck. She picked the number 1976, which is the year her mom was born. So there you have it. Justin got a matching tattoo -- only after he got dumped.
